A practice that re-establishes balanced movement patterns in yourself that have always been present bringing us back to our breath, to the stillness within, and to moving with ease.

Yogini ElisaBe is a SomaticNeuroDevelopmental optometrist, aka a Functional, Integrative, Behavioral Optometrist, a Somatic Movement Therapist, a 500- Hour Trained EmbodiYoga teacher, certified in Hanna Somatic Yoga, and professionally trained as a ballet dancer many moons ago.
